Track Your Order

Account Creation & Opt-In: We highly recommend that you CREATE AN ACCOUNT upon checkout and "opt-in" to all e-mail, SMS, and Facebook notifications so we can keep you updated on your order status.


After your order is placed: you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. Please confirm that all of the details, including your shipping address & contact information are correct and let us know immediately if you've made a mistake. 

Once your package has shipped: we will send you a shipping confirmation email and facebook message / SMS (if applicable) with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. If you have not received a shipping notification e-mail, SMS, or facebook message, your product has not yet shipped.

A status of "unfulfilled" means the order is not ready to ship. No need to worry, it just means your order is still processing! Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped and you'll receive your shipment confirmation with tracking.

Tracking App (iOS Users Only): If you're particular about following your package once it ships, you can download the Arrive app from the Apple App Store. This app will scan your e-mail for any/all shipments and provide you with all of the relevant details of shipments from any online merchant, including ours.
